Commercial Specification

GeniusIQ is a Software as a Service (SaaS) Application Tracking System, which is hosted on the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform, located in the south of the United Kingdom (“UK South”) (the “Service Location”).

GeniusIQ offers new levels of functionality and usability including unlimited users and user groups, restricted permissions, talent pools, vacancy templates, inbuilt SJT / V&N tests, interview templates, AI to help with candidate selection, quick apply and more.

GeniusIQ incorporates both a candidate facing web pages (Search & Apply Page) and a Control Panel and a candidate App.

  • The customer facing web pages allow potential candidates to search and apply for vacancies, register themselves in the talent pool and manage their own Personal Data and any applications
  • The Control Panel enables users to create and manage the recruitment process using the sections of the system
  • The NexJobs App is available to download from the App store and gives candidates access to all vacancies posted via GeniusAIQ.

SET UP:

GeniusIQ must undergo a ‘set up’ process for each client, to customise sections. This is managed at the start of each project, where a dedicated team shall be assigned to the project both by the supplier and the Customer and involves:

  • The creation of the ATS
  • Addition of Domain / URL / SSL data
  • Initial configuration of email services to allow the system to send communications to clients as the Client (not a third party supplier)
  • Initial population of Location, Sectors and Departments to assist with company structure & permissions

Dedicated resource will be required from the Customer to oversee the set up, population and continued day-to-day management of the system.
