The GeniusIQ must undergo a ‘set up’ process for each customer, to customise sections.
Scope is established and managed at the start of each project, where the customer can choose the level of project support required:
A dedicated team shall be assigned to the project by Genius.Online Ltd and the Customer and involves:
- the creation of the ATS control panel & search & Apply Pages
- Addition of Domain / URL / TLS data
- initial configuration of email services to allow the system to send communications to customer’s as the customer (not a third-party supplier)
- initial population of specific data into control panel to assist with company structure & permissions
All other areas within the control panel are to be populated by the customer
