Guidance and training will be provided throughout the set-up process to the initial project team if pre-agreed (via weekly conference calls / webinars).
Training is provided via Online Webinar prior to Go-Live in a ‘Train the Trainer’ session. It is up to the individual customer to provide further training to any internal teams that will be using the system.
The GeniusIQ System User Guide can be used for training on system functionality, or hints and tips.
