Overview:
The following universal changes/fixes to the Genius IQ Applicant Tracking System Software have or are to be deployed as per our development roadmap / schedule.
GIQATS-36 – Offer workflow stage > continue without sending email
There is now the ability to complete an offer without an email being sent to the candidate. As a user you must tick the box to notify the candidate or NOT tick the box if you don’t want the candidate to receive an email.
GIQATS-42 – Add supporting documents to the vacancy authorisation
When authorising a vacancy the supporting documents will also be included to confirm they are correct and suitable for the vacancy
GIQATS-190 – Removal of Clone Vacancy Function relating to a permission
If a user does NOT have the create permission then they will NOT be able to clone a vacancy – they must raise vacancies from templates as long as they have the permission to.
GIQATS- 163 –In Budget information on the offer and offer approval
In Budget has been added to the offer form and approval to confirm the vacancy is in budget
GIQATS-182 –Freetext/Knockout question instructions
We have added guidance to the Freetext/Knockout to remind the user to add the section to the application form
